Hacer filigrana en Chile es un poco complicado, porque acá no contamos con los materiales necesarios para realizarla. No podemos simplemente ir a la tienda de manualidades y obtener las tiras y la aguja. Así que debemos crear nuestros propios materiales, cortando cada tira de papel y luego enrollarla con un mondadientes que hace las veces de aguja rizadora. Making quilling in Chile is a bit complicated, because in here we have not the materials to do it. We can´t go to the craft store and purchase the strips or a quilling needle. Then we must to create our own materials, cutting every single strip of paper and then rolling it up with a toothpick or a slotted needle created by myself. You can see how I did it here and here.
